Not at all! Most of the people I've helped started from complete scratch with no experience. Nope, not at all. With appointment setting, you decide when you work. As long as you can get the result (appointments on the calendar) then it doesn't matter when you work. I'll show you how to do this effortlessly, with the same systems I use that allow me to travel the world when I want to, and work when I want to as well. This is far from a 9-5 job, and much better paid.
